of Great Coggeshall in the county aforesaid tailor and
Thos Wright
of Earls Colne aforesaid yeoman of the other part witnesseth that the said

maltster as well for and in consideration of a competent sum of money to him in hand paid by the said

in their actual possession now being by virtue of one indenture of bargain and sale for the year bearing date the day before the date of these presents
and of the statute for transferring of uses into possession all that piece or parcel of ground or part of a close of land of him the said

maltster lying and being in Earls Colne aforesaid containing by estimation 32p more or less which said piece or parcel of ground is now enclosed with a pale fence abutting upon a
passage leading from the street in Earls Colne aforesaid to certain lands called
Burrowes Lands
towards the west and upon a freehold messuage of
Theodosia Harris
widow commonly called or known by the name of
The Lyon
towards the south with an house or building upon the said granted premises or some part thereof lately erected and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said

maltster or his assigns and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents services and profits of all and singular the premises with their and every of their appurtenances and all the estate right title interest claim and demand whatsoever which he the said

maltster his heirs and assigns or any of them now have may might shall of right ought to have of or in the said piece or parcel of ground tenement house or building or any part or parcel thereof and all deeds evidences writings and muniments for and concerning the premises only or only any part thereof to have and to hold the said piece or parcel of ground with the tenement building or house thereupon lately built and all and singular other the premises with their and every of their rights members and appurtenances unto the said

maltster and his heirs and all and every other person and persons whatsoever any estate having or claiming of in or out of the premises or any part thereof by from or under him shall and will upon the reasonable request and at the cost and charges of the said
