25.1.1709 Jn Cressener of Earls Colne in Essex esq by his last will in writing of that date duly executed devises intails in the words following "I give and bequeath to my brother Edw Cressener and to his heirs forever all that messuage or tenement with the appurtenances in Earls Colne aforesaid now in the occupation of Jn Ludgator together with the perpetual gift of the free school" see the 25.1.1723
