whereas the within bound Thos Harlakenden hath heretofore for a certain sum of lawful english money to him paid by his conveyance and assurance granted enfeoffed promised and passed over unto the within named Geo Cressener and his heirs a good sum of lawful also like indefeasible estate of inheritance in the law in fee simple all that meadow called Hall Meadow and of three closes or parcels of meadow or pasture of one croft or parcel of meadow and of one other pightle containing in the whole by estimation 21a more or less with their and every of their appurtenances as the same meadow croft and premises then or late were in the tenure and occupation of the said Thos Harlakenden to have and to hold the said premises with their appurtenances to the said Geo Cressener his heirs and assigns to the only use of the said Geo his heirs and assigns forever with warranty against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming from by or under him the said Thos Harlakenden or any of his ancestors without any manner of condition power of reversion limitation of use or uses or any other matter or thing whatsoever to alter or change the same now the condition of this obligation is such that if the said Geo Cressener and his heirs do and shall from time to time and at all times hereafter quietly and peaceably have hold occupy possess and enjoy the said bargained premises and every part and parcel thereof wherein and every of their right and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining free and clear and freely and clearly acquitted exonerated and discharged from and that all and all manner of former and other bargains gifts grants sales jointures dowers intails mortgages judgements extents issues muniments mean rates respite of homage debts or duties to any person or persons arrearage of rent titles troubles incumbrances either in charge or title demand in law or equity whatsoever had made permit done or suffered or to be had made committed done or suffered by him the said Thos Harlakenden or by his father in his lifetime or either of them or by any person or persons whatsoever lawfully claiming from by or under them or either of them then this obligation to be void else to remain in full force
