whereas Jn Cressener of London grocer did on the 13.5.1680 marry my daughter Eliz Francklin in consideration whereof I do assign set over unto him his executors and administrators the contents of this bill in part of her portion and upon reasonable notice do covenant for me and my executors and administrators to give a discharge unto the company upon payment of the money within mentioned unto the said Jn Cressener his executors or administrators when I shall be thereunto desired in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 14.5.1680
