the full sum of 65li etc in part of payment of a more sum due to me for the purchase of the site and demesnes of the late dissolved house and priory or monastery etc together with the manor or lordship of Colne Priory with other things mentioned in a pair of indentures of bargain and sale between me the said earl and the said
