to the eighteenth and nineteenth he said and deposed that about michaelmas.last as he remembereth Geo Seawell of Haulsted sent for this deponent to come unto him and thereupon he came to his house who asking this deponent if he had seen the hole articulate or not he telling him that he had seen it at the same time when the act articulate is pretended to have been committed he the said Seawell requested him to go to the house again where the said hole is and see whether it be as it was when he looked through the same or not at whose request he saith he went to the house where the said hole was and coming into the chamber over the cheese house articulate he found the said hole much altered for it was then a great deal longer than in was before and therefore the articulate Jones hath deposed that the said hole was not altered or enlarged since this deponent and he looked through the same at the first as is articulate he the said Jones hath deposed untruly of this deponents certain knowledge and further he does not know to depose
