to the thirty first article he said and deposed that upon the wednesday before ladyday 22.3.last the articulate Isabel Collin came into this deponent's house about ten o'clock in the night to fetch away one of her children which was in bed there before she came and by reason of the late season of the night this deponent persuaded her to lodge there all night which she did being then very civil and sober and no ways distempered with drink to this deponents knowledge and further he deposeth that it is commonly reported she the said Isabel hath been divers times drunk at Haulsted and namely as he heard the same wednesday before specified at the Dolphin in Haulsted and further he does not know to depose
