second witness Jn Nicholl of Colne Engaine in the county of Essex yeo where he had lived for sixty years or thereabouts freely witness etc saith and deposeth as follows to the said testament and allegations etc he saith and deposeth that upon the day of the date of the will exhibited or thereabouts as he remembereth he this deponent was sent for by the said testator to take surrender of certain copyhold lands which he the said testator did purpose to dispose by will went unto his house in Colne Engaine aforesaid where he found his precontestis Simon Ive witness this will whereupon he is now examined and when he had finished the same he read it over unto the said testator who hearing the contents thereof approved very well of it and for the better confirmation thereof he the said testator did set his mark and seal and did publish it for his last will and testament being then of perfect mind and memory in the presence of this deponent his precontestis Simon Ive Hen Mullins and Jn Finche of which will he made and approved Jn Allin of Wormingford sole and only executor and lastly he deposeth that this will whereupon he is now examined is the same will which was sealed signed and published by the said testator as abovesaid for that it being showed unto him at the time of his examination he seeth his own name which he set to the same which he well knoweth and further he does not know to depose Jn Nicholl J Bonyman
