overseers of Earls Colne with the consent of justices of the peace have put and placed
Gamaliel Hatch
a poor child of the parish apprentice to
Thos Tabor
of East Donyland oyster dredger with him to dwell from this day until aged twenty four years during which time to serve his master etc and
Thos Tabor
covenants to instruct him in the art of an oyster dredger and will lodge and feed him and keep the parishioners indemnified from any charges and at the end of the term provide him with double apparel etc
