this testament above written was proved at London before the venerable mr Robt Aylet doctor of laws surrogate of the venerable sir Hen Marten doctor of laws and master keeper of the commissary of the prerogative court of Canterbury lawfully constituted the 18.9.1641 by the oath of Wm Harlakenden one of the executors named in this will to whom was committed all and singular the goods and credits of the said deceased to well and faithfully administrate the same sworn on the holy gospels probate reserved similarly to commit Steph Marshall the other executor also named in this will when he comes at the same time to ask for the debts allowed in form of law
