this will was proved at London the 18.9.1655 before the judges for probate of wills and granting administrations lawfully authorised by the oath of Mary Browne relict of the deceased and sole executrix named in the said will to whom was committed administration of all and singular the goods chattels and debts of the said deceased she being first by virtue of a commission sworn truly to administer the same
