this will was proved at London the 15.5.1658 before the judges for probate of wills and granting administrations lawfully authorised by the oaths of Hen Harvy and Joseph Harvy the natural and lawful brothers of the said deceased and joint executors named in the said will to whom was committed administration of all and singular the goods chattels and debts of the said deceased they the said Hen and Joseph Harvy being first sworn in due form of law by virtue of a commission well and truly to administer the same
