the 7.5.1659 letters of administration with this will annexed was granted and committed to Geo Cresnor and Mary Cresnor residuary legataries named in the said will to administer the goods etc of the said deceased according to the tenor and effect of the said will for that the deceased did not name any executor in the said will they being first sworn truly to administer etc
