these two sheets of paper annexed do contain a true copy of the last will and testament of Edw Elliston of Earls Colne in the county of Essex deceased examined and agreeing verbatim with the said original will of the said deceased which was proved in the officials court of Colchester before mr Jn Tabor clerk surrogate to sir Moundesford Branston knight official on monday the 4.5.1663 which original will was at the request of the said executrix delivered back to her in respect it did mostly contain real estate and that there was above 10li in goods and chattels out of the jurisdiction and so properly belonging to the prerogative court the examination and compare of the will being made by us whose names are hereunder written who witness this to be a true copy Thos Gaell notary public Isaac Elliston
