whereas I Robt Finch have since the publishing of this my last will and testament surrendered the house I now live in to my executor Sam Finch absolutely I do by this codicil declare that it is my full intent and meaning that he my executor shall pay all the legacies at their several times of payment given out of a tenement called Charles Pains by the last will of my father Robt Finch (may be Robt Finch) deceased according to the intent of the said will and this I declare before the forenamed witnesses
