this very will was proved at London with the two codicils annexed before the worshipful mr Jn Bettesworth doctor of laws master keeper or commissioner of the prerogative court of Canterbury legally constituted the 27.4.1717 by the oaths of Eliz Cressener widow also the relict and Edw Cressener his brother and executors named in the said testament to whom was committed the administration of all and singular the goods rights and credits of the said deceased to well and faithfully administer the same sworn upon the holy gospels to diligently undertake
