this will of Sarah Cakebread spinster deceased was proved 13.10.1742 before the rev Edw Griffiths clerk master of arts surrogate etc by the oath of Thos Goodwin otherwise Gooding the brother in law of the said deceased one of the executors to whom administration etc was committed power being reserved for Eliz the wife of the said Thos the natural sister of the said deceased the other executor to do the like whenever she shall lawfully demand the same he being first sworn duly to administer
