this will was proved at London before the right worshipful Jn Bettesworth doctor of laws and master keeper or commissary of the prerogative court of Canterbury lawfully constituted 8.3.1745 by the solemn and sincere declaration or affirmation of Cath Bott widow the relict of the said (sic) and Joseph Bott the son and executors named in the will of the said deceased to whom was granted administration of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased having first made the declaration or affirmation aforesaid by commission duly to administer the same
