on 30.4.1751 issued forth a commission to Hen May the guardian lawfully assigned to Eliz Sarah and Hannah Everrerd spinsters and minors the natural and lawful children and universal legatees named in the last will and testament of Sarah Everrerd late of Earls Colne in the county of Essex widow deceased to administer the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased together with her said last will and testament annexed and according to the tenor and effect thereof to and for the sole use and benefit and during the minority of the said minors and until they shall arrive at the age of 21yrs Jn Granger the sole executor therein named dying before he had taken upon him the probate and execution of the same he the said Hen May being first duly sworn so to administer as aforesaid
