to and for her own proper use and behoof my best bed bedstead curtains valance bolster pillows sheets blankets quilt and appurtenances to the same and all other the furniture of my best chamber which shall be therein at the time of my decease also give and bequeath unto the said

my loving wife to and for her own proper use and behoof all my plate and china item I give and bequeath unto my son

the sum of 20li of good and lawful money of Great Britain for the care and trouble he shall or may have in being my executor item after payment of my just debts legacies funeral charges and the probate of this my last will I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature sort or kind soever to be equally divided between my four children
