on 20.7.1756 a commission was issued forth to Oliver Johnson the natural and lawful son of Oliver Johnson late of the parish of Earls Colne in the county of Essex deceased to administer the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased with his will annexed according to the tenor of the said will he being first sworn faithfully to administer the same etc Hen Johnson son of the deceased and sole executor named in the said will having first renounced the execution thereof Rose Johnson the said Hen Johnson Joseph Johnson and Abigail Johnson sons and daughters of the said deceased and also residuary legatees named in the said will having also first renounced the letters of administration of the said deceased with his said will annexed
