in the name of god amen I Geo Peach surgeon in the parish of Earls Colne in the county of Essex do make and ordain this my will in manner following I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Eliz Peach all my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality soever the same may be so long as she lives or keep unmarried after payment of my debts and funeral expenses and I do hereby constitute and appoint my loving wife Eliz Peach sole executrix to this my last will but in case my wife should die or be married again then I give and bequeath unto my worthy friends Wm Dixon surgeon of Great Coggeshall and Jn Brett farmer of Colne Wakes both in the county of Essex all my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and quality soever the same may be at the day of my wife's death or should be married again in trust that the same arising to be applied to the education of my son Geo Peach my daughter Eliz Peach my son Jn Peach and the child that my wife is now big with and when they come to their respective ages of 21yrs then it is my will that they have equal share alike of my personal estate and in case either of them dying before the age of 21yrs then I give the share of them so dying unto the survivor of them and I do constitute and appoint mr Wm Dixon and mr Jn Brett executors and trustees to this my last will in witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 7.1.1775 Geo Peach signed sealed declared and publishing as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us witness Thos Chappell mark Eliz Gatward mark Susannah Bateman
