this will of Thos Hales the elder late of the parish of Earls Colne in the county of Essex deceased was proved on the 2.7.1778 before the rev Jn Dassell clerk surrogate etc. by the oaths of Sam Hales and Ann Hales the son and daughter of the said deceased and executors to whom administration of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased was granted and committed on the 30.7.1778 they being first sworn duly to administer
