proved on the 15.8.1811 before the rev Rich Mant clerk surrogate etc by the oath of Elijah Pettit one of the executors to whom administration on 7.9.1811 he being first sworn duly to administer and also the same day before the said (sic) by the solemn and sincere affirmation or declaration of Jn Pitstow the other executor to whom administration was also granted at the time aforesaid he having first made and subscribed an affirmation or declaration well and truly to administer according to an act of Parliament in that behalf made and provided
