proved on the 19.3.1829 before the rev Geo Pawson clerk surrogate by the oath of Wm Tawell one of the executors to whom administration etc. was granted he being first sworn duly to administer power being reserved of making the like grant to Joseph May the son and other executor when he shall lawfully apply for the same
