Sam Sadd sen 2.3.1819 surrender of Jn Walker - all that messuage with the building, garden etc. containing by estimation 15p, lying on the north side of Church Street - reserving thereout unto the said Jn Walker etc. and not included in the said surrender the whole ground, site and soil of the road or way leading through the said premises to the croft or field of the said Jn Walker at the back thereof - but the said Sam Sadd to have a right of way and passage out of the High Road into the said yard and messuage - paying unto the said Jn Walker the annual rent of 6d at Lady Day etc.
