recognisance Esdras Wade of Earls Colne labourer and Thos Harrison of Great Tey for Barbara Heliar of the same spinster to keep the peace towards Helen wife of Wm Welles of the same blacksmith taken before Roger Harlakenden esq the said Barbara released the peace on 29.9.1600
