Wm Finche of White Colne for Thos Carter of the same yeoman to appear taken before Roger Harlakenden esq to stand his own bail to the next sessions Mary Graunte of Earls Colne spinster being unlawfully begotten with child hath charged the said Thos to be the father wherefore the said justice has bound the said Thos to appear that he might hence be bound for his forthcoming at the birth of the said child that further order may be taken for the relief of the said parish
