Robt Reade holdeth of the lord as of the said manor by copy of court roll to him and to his heirs by virtue of the surrender of Rich Rolte son and heir of Thos Rolte one croft of land or pasture enclosed containing by estimation 8a more or less and one other croft of land or close arable containing 4a more or less and also one meadow containing by estimation 2a more or less sometime in the occupation of Jn Fynche by the assignment of Thos Bridge and Alban Bridge farmers thereof the same sometime were parcel of certain lands and meadows lying within this manor in the parish of Earls Colne aforesaid by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 15s payable as is aforesaid by even portions as appeareth in the court rolls 10Eliz1
