Thos Nely holdeth by copy of court roll of the said manor one tenement with a yard lying between the Vicarage of Earls Colne towards the east and the customary tenement of Jn Sparrowe called Garlands and holden of the manor of Earls Colne towards the west the one head thereof abutteth upon the said Vicarage in part and the orchard of Robt Reade in part towards the north and the other head upon the High St aforesaid towards the south and containeth 1r9p and renteth yearly for the same (65)
