whereas at a view with court here her 3.11.1604 there was a precept to Guy Groome bailiff of this manor to seize into the hands of the lord one tenement called Smiths Forge with a garden and other appurtenances now in the tenure of Robt Crowe because the aforesaid Robt three times avoided his fine which was owed by his upon his admission now at this court came the aforesaid Robt Crowe in person and paid his said fine for his admission to the premises and the aforesaid Robt Crowe was pardoned by the grace of the court and the said seisin was delivered
