to this court came Margt Pullen widow and showed here in court a certain warranty the tenor of which in the following words Colne Priory be it known unto all men by these presents that I Rich Harlakenden esq lord of the said manor of Colne Priory gave licence unto Margt Pullen widow to fell dig up or stub one fine# pollinger or bolling now growing upon the customary land in the tenure of the said Margt called Hassetts holden of my said manor and this same bolling so felled digged or stubbed up to take convert and employ to her own use for fuel or otherwise at her pleasure and these presents to be enrolled at the next court to be holden for my said manor shall be her sufficient warranty in that behalf given at Colne Priory aforesaid this 21.12.1604 Rich Harlackenden and furthermore to this court came the said Margt Pullen widow and showed here in court that same certain warranty and sought its enrolment in the rolls of this court in the following words Colne Priory be it known unto all men by these presents that I Rich Harlakenden esq lord of the said manor of Colne Priory gave licence and by these presents do give liberty and licence unto Margt Pullen widow to fell or stub one oaken doted bolling now growing or being upon the customary land of her the said Margt called Sixpence holden of my said manor and the same to convert and employ for her fuel or otherwise at her pleasure and these presents to be enrolled at the next court to be holden for my said manor shall be her sufficient warrant in that behalf given this 9.5.3Jas1 etc Rich Harlackenden
