as in a copy of a roll of a certain court now shown in this court it is clearly shown and appears now at this court it is shown by the homage that the aforesaid

out of this court and after the last court surrendered the aforesaid 2r of land with appurtenances into the hands of the lord by the hands of
Robt Cobbe
instead of the bailiff in the presence of

and

customary tenants of the lord the same testifying according to the custom of the same manor to the use and behoof of

gentleman his heirs and assigns to whom the same said
