two customary tenants of the aforesaid manor the same testifying according to the custom of the aforesaid manor the aforesaid cottage or tenement and garden with appurtenances by name one cottage or tenement and garden with appurtenances lying between a tenement of
Jn Hawksby
vicar of Earls Colne and a tenement of
Sam Burton
and which the aforesaid
Israel Enowe
bought from
Jn Peirson
of White Colne to the use and behoof of
Dorothy Brewer
wife of
Jn Brewer
for the lifetime of the said
Dorothy
the remainder thereof to the use of the rightful heirs of the said

forever upon which came here into court the aforesaid
Dorothy
and humbly sought admittance to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have the aforesaid cottage and garden with appurtenances to the aforesaid

and her assigns for her lifetime the remainder thereof in the aforesaid form to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and she gave to the lord her fine and was admitted thereof tenant but fealty was respited |
