and because it was shown by the homage that Jn Machyn is under the age of twenty one years viz aged 16yrs or thereabouts therefore at the choice and petition of the said Jn Machyn custody of his said lands and tenements held of the aforesaid manor by copy of court roll were given and delivered by the rod to Robt Till uncle of the said Jn to have and to hold the aforesaid lands and tenements to the aforesaid Robt Till until the age of twenty one years of the said Jn to find for the said Jn food clothing and all other necessaries and to return to the said Jn when he shall reach his full age a true and faithful account of the profits of the lands and said tenements and to make thereof to the lord services and customs owed and by right accustomed and for such custody the aforesaid Robt Till gave to the lord a fine and made fealty
