and furthermore whereas at a court here held 9.4.1613 Wm Collyn and Isabel his wife were admitted tenants of the lord for themselves and the heirs of the body of the said Wm legitimately procreated upon the body of the said Isabel the remainder thereof to the rightful heirs of the said Wm to one half of a croft of land called Tredgolls alias Glasiers and to one parcel of land lying at the western edge of Brockhole sometime of the lands of Jn Bird as by a roll of the aforesaid court here shown it is fully shown and whereas at a court here held 29.9 .1613 the aforesaid Wm Collyn and Isabel his wife were admitted tenants of the lord for themselves and the heirs of the body of the said Wm legitimately procreated upon the body of the said Isabel the remainder thereof to the rightful heirs of the said Wm to one croft of land called White Croft and to one other parcel of land called Beanefield Welfield and Bamble and also one croft of land called Murdons Croft and to one other croft of land called Murdons and also to one garden called Buggs Garden and also to one pasture of land now enclosed in two pastures and upon one of them a certain building a tile kiln and also to one pasture of land with garden or little grove adjoining called Sturpitts and also to one messuage or tenement with garden lying at Doddingpollhoe and also to one other messuage or tenement called Wanstaves and to one croft of land called Howletts and also to one croft of land with an aldercarr called Smiths and also to one croft of land with appurtenances sometime of Jn Sexten and also to one messuage or tenement of Rich Hoe and a pasture upon The Hoe late of Jn Wallis and also to one garden called Heggs Garden with a certain lane lying next to the lands late of the Earl of Oxford called Bridgmans and to a croft of the lord's land called Teynter Crofts with appurtenances as by a roll of the aforesaid court it is clearly shown which altogether contains 20a of land and 30a of pasture more or less now to this court came the aforesaid Wm Collyn in person and surrendered all and singular the said premises with appurtenances and all other his lands tenements and customary inheritances held of the aforesaid manor and lying in the aforesaid Earls Colne and in Colne Engaine and in the tenure of Jas Nicolls to the use and behoof of Wm Nevill of Chappell alias Pontsbright gentleman and the heirs and assigns of the said Wm forever to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have all the aforesaid lands tenements and other premises with appurtenances to the aforesaid Wm Nevill his heirs and assigns forever to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine etc
