and furthermore at this court partition and division was made by the court and homage of this court between Eliz Fisher wife of Thos Fisher and Helen Watson daughters and coheirs of Edw Watson deceased by the agreement and at the humble petition of the said Thos Fisher and Eliz and the said Helen of one messuage or tenement with appurtenances of which the aforesaid Edw died seised and lying in Holstreete in Earls Colne in the following manner and form viz that the aforesaid Eliz and her heirs will have on their behalf and her part of the premises all that part of the said messuage in which the aforesaid Thos and Eliz now live and the yard used by the aforesaid part as it is now divided and that the ovens there will be repaired forever as the customary property of the said Eliz and her heirs and that the aforesaid Eliz and her heir and heirs should have use of the ovens with her said part and should pay to the lord for the premises 3s4d and that the aforesaid Helen and her heirs will have as her part and parcel of the premises all that part of the said messuage and small messuage in which Jn Bridge and Creake widow now live and all that part of the aforesaid yard now used with the part of the messuage and that the aforesaid Helen and her heirs will maintain the fencing between the said yards as their custom and the small cottage upon the there and they will be allocated the other oven now used with the said part and they should pay to the lord annually for the premises 3s4d
