of Earls Colne yeoman and his heirs and assigns upon the condition that if the aforesaid

his heirs executors or assigns should pay or cause to be paid to the aforesaid

or his assigns upon the

in the aforesaid Earls Colne 32li2s of legal money of England that then the aforesaid surrender should be void now at this court it is shown by the homage that the aforesaid

did not pay the aforesaid

the aforesaid 32li2s nor any parcel thereof upon which came here into court the aforesaid

and humbly sought admittance to the premises to whom the lord by the agreement of the said

by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid croft of land with appurtenances to the aforesaid

his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents etc and the fine by the grace of the lord in this present court was pardoned
