and further at this court it was presented that Joan Higham widow to whom the custody and guardianship of the body and lands of Jn Sparrow an infant was committed since the last court died the said Jn yet being within age but because after proclamation thrice made none came to be admitted guardian to the said Jn and his land a precept was made to the bailiff to seize etc
