esq then steward of the said manor did surrender into the hands of the lord of the said manor by the hands of his steward 5r of land more or less parcel of a croft containing 6a2r lying by
Wildefeild
upon the south part of the said 6a2r as the same was divided by dools and one other croft of land containing 3a2r adjoining to the said croft containing 6a2r and a parcel of alder or fen ground containing 2a late parcel of the land called
Oxen Fenn
as by metes and bounds it was divided to the use of the said
Margt
for the term of her life and after her decease to the use of
Margt Bridge
daughter of the said
Hugh
and
Margt
and of the heirs of the body of the said
Margt Bridge
begotten and for default of such issue to the use of the right heirs of the said
Margt Potter
forever at which said court the said
Margt Potter
was admitted tenant for her life now at this court it was presented by the homage that the said

since the last court died and that the said

in the lifetime of the said

the mother died and that

and of full age who being present in court humbly prayed to be admitted tenant to the same to whom the lord of the said manor by his said steward did grant and deliver thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said 5r of land the said croft of land containing 3a2r more or less and the said parcel of alder ground or fen ground with the appurtenances to the said
Wm Bridge
and the heirs of his body of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents services and customs due and of right accustomed and he gave to the lord for a fine and did his fealty |
