Eliz Hewson to Old Hall | and afterwards in the same court came the aforesaid Geo and by the rod surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his aforesaid steward the aforesaid messuage and garden called Old Hall the aforesaid garden called Sages Garden the aforesaid garden called Judds Garden the aforesaid parcel of garden containing in length 6rod and in breadth 4rod and the aforesaid parcel of land parcel of St Mary Croft in the occupation of Jn Garrett the aforesaid messuage and garden called Matthews Acre the aforesaid piece of land with well there the aforesaid croft of land called Olmsted Croft with a barn built thereupon in the tenure of Jn Crowe the aforesaid tenement with appurtenances called Flamemens and garden called Grapnells excepting the way excepted previously the aforesaid piece of land and aldergrove containing 4a more or less parcel of 10a of land called Tredgolds Fenn the aforesaid 2a3r of meadow more or less lying in Kembourne Meadow the aforesaid 1a late parcel of Tredgolds Fenn the aforesaid enclosed pasture called Lithards also Newmans and the aforesaid parcel of land called Glaziers with appurtenances and all and singular the premises thus in the form of the aforesaid recovery with appurtenances to the use and behoof of the aforesaid Eliz Hewson her heirs and assigns forever to whom the same said Eliz seeking these the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold all and singular the premises with appurtenances to the aforesaid Eliz her heirs and assigns forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the separate rents services and customs thereunto belonging etc and the fine was pardoned |
