| Hen Abbott guardian of the tenements of the said Rose Abbott | and because the aforesaid Rose is under age viz aged 8yrs or thereabouts therefore the lord granted custody of the aforesaid tenements to the aforesaid Hen until the aforesaid Rose should reach her full age and by the aforesaid steward delivered to him possession thereof by the rod to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord etc by the rents etc without making waste or strip and to return to the said Rose an account of the rents and profits of the premises when she comes to her full age and for such custody the aforesaid Hen gave to the lord for a fine |
