| Hen Abbott guardian of the lands of the said Grace | and because the aforesaid Grace is under age viz aged 8yrs or thereabouts therefore the lord granted to the aforesaid Hen custody of the aforesaid tenements with appurtenances until the aforesaid Grace should attain her full age and by the aforesaid steward he delivered to him possession thereof by the rod to hold from the lord by the rod etc by the rents etc without waste or strip and to return to the said Grace an account of the rents and profits of the premises when she reaches her full age and for such custody the aforesaid Hen gave to the lord for a fine |
