| Hen Abbott guardian of the lands of the said Eliz | and because the aforesaid Eliz is under age viz aged 5yrs or thereabouts therefore the lord granted to the aforesaid Hen Abbott custody of the aforesaid tenements until the aforesaid Eliz should attain her full age and by the aforesaid steward delivered thereof possession to him to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord by the rents etc without waste or strip and to return to the said Eliz an account of the profits of the premises when she should reach her full age and for such custody he gave to the lord for a fine etc |
