whereas at a court here held 21.7.10Chas1 Rich Walker and Ann his wife were admitted tenants of the lord for themselves and the heirs of the said Rich to one parcel of land called Tredgolds and to another parcel of land called Blowbarnes and to another parcel of land called Ballards and to another parcel of land called Irons with appurtenances and whereas afterwards the aforesaid Rich died thus seised thereof and the aforesaid Ann survived him and held the premises by right of accretion for her lifetime and whereas at a court held for the aforesaid manor 3.1.last it was shown by the homage that the aforesaid Ann after the then last court died thus seised thereof but because no one came to take the premises out of the lord's hands although proclamation was three times made according to the custom of the aforesaid manor that if anyone should have the right to the premises that he should come and place his claim and present his right and there was a precept to the bailiff of the aforesaid manor to seize the premises into the hands of the lord until etc and whereas by right of the aforesaid precept the aforesaid premises were seised into the hands of the lord etc as Giles Crow bailiff of the aforesaid manor present here in court has testified now at this court it was shown by the homage that Rich Walker is the son and heir of Rich Walker deceased and should have the right to the premises upon which came into court the aforesaid Rich Walker the son and made an agreement with the lord for pardoning the aforesaid seizure and for his fine and he sought for himself admittance as tenant of the lord to the premises to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid parcels of land called Tredgold Blowbarns Ballards and Irons with appurtenances to the aforesaid Rich Walker his heirs and assigns forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord for a fine etc
