at a court here held 31.12.1651 Wm Ellis and Susan his wife were admitted to one messuage and parcels of customary land called Loshes and Fowlemead lying in White Colne now at this court it is shown by the homage that the said Wm Ellis is dead and that the said Susan survived him and that the said Susan died before this court and that Mary wife of Wm Cox and Susanna wife of Jn Sandford are daughters and coheirs of the said Wm Ellis and the said Mary Cox and Susanna Sandford present here in court humbly petitioned admittance to the premises and the lord by the steward granted and delivered seisin by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid messuage called Loshes and all and singular the premises with appurtenances to the said Mary Cox and Susanna Sandford their heirs and assigns in coparcenary of the lord etc and they gave for fine etc
