whereas at a court here held 23.4.1669 Robt Hunt was admitted to himself and his heirs to four crofts of land late two crofts called Seaven Acres and containing by estimation 5a more or less with a messuage and all buildings thereon built with appurtenances lying between the way leading to Bowerfield on one part and lands called Slowcroft and Debenham on the other part and to one pightle containing 2r lying next to the king's highway near Burton Field and used with the messuage aforesaid now at this court it appeared to the homage that the said Robt before this court died so seised and that Mary wife of Peregrine Clerke gentleman Eliz wife of Sam Ellis gentleman and Wm Stebbing son and heir of Hannah Stebbing deceased are cousins and heirs of the said Robt and upon this the said Mary Clarke and Eliz Ellis by the aforesaid Sam Ellis their attorney or deputy and the said Wm Stebbing in his proper person humbly petitioned admittance etc to whom the said Mary and Eliz by their attorney and the said Wm Stebbing in his proper person the lord by the steward granted and delivered seisin to have and to hold the said messuages and crofts etc to the said Mary Clarke Eliz Ellis and Wm Stebbing their heirs and assigns in coparcenary etc and they gave the lord for fine etc
