whereas at a court held 5.4.1671 Thos Plum senior and Thos Plum junior were admitted the said Thos Plum senior for life and after his death to the said Thos Plum junior for life and after his death to the heirs of the said Thos senior and Thos junior forever to one part or parcel of a field called Millfield containing 1a2r with tenement and barn late built on the same and late divided from parcel of Millfield situate in Sible Heddingham which premises are now in the occupation of Andrew Bridge now at this court it was found that the said Thos senior and Thos junior on 28.4.1701 surrendered by the hands of Martin Hayward instead of the bailiff in the presence of Wm May gentleman and Jn Rowning all their interest in the premises etc to the use of Edw Finch son and heir apparent of Edw Finch of Hedingham Sible gentleman his heirs and assigns forever who by his father was admitted etc and gave fine and fealty was respited
