and after it appeared that the said Jn Caplin 8.4.last surrendered into the hands of Jas Addis gentleman deputy steward of the manor by agreement of Jn Eldred chief steward dated 26.3.last the aforesaid premises and all his customary lands and tenements held of this manor to the use of Geo Toller of Earls Colne who was admitted etc and gave fine and fealty respited
