at a court here held 15.7.1710 Isaac Potter was admitted to a messuage or tenement called Sextons Tenement with a garden belonging held by the annual rent of 6d now at this court it appeared that on 3.11.1710 the said Isaac surrendered by the hands of Rich Androwes gentleman instead of the bailiff in the presence of Edw Johnson and Jn Hatch the said messuage and the reversions etc to the sole use of Mary Androwes of Colne Priory widow of Dan Androwes late of Colne Priory aforesaid gentleman deceased and her heirs and assigns forever who by the said Rich Androwes gentleman her attorney was admitted etc and gave fine etc
